It is suitable for polyester high-speed spinning composite yarn process, POY-DTY
process, and can spin polyester composite yarn and stretch filament of different
varieties and specifications.

Oil characteristics
1. The oiling agent gives the fiber excellent antistatic property, smoothness and
bunching property, makes the fiber winding and forming well, is beneficial to the
processing of the textured yarn, and meets the requirements of the high-speed
running of the tow and the false twisting process.
2. The oil has good heat resistance within the processing temperature range, less
coking on the heating plate, and easy cleaning.
3. The oil can be well adsorbed on the fiber surface, forming a good protective film,
reducing fiber abrasion and less white powder.
Usage
Under normal circumstances, firstly inject the metered deionized water or distilled
water into the oil-dispensing kettle, heat the water to 25-35℃, add 300-500PPM of
preservative under uniform stirring, stir evenly for 15 minutes, Then add the metered
oil in a thin stream at a rate of 10kg per minute and slowly add it to the water, and stir
at an even speed while adding.
Using concentration
Recommend the concentration of the oil to be controlled between 8-12%.
The oiling rate is generally 0.3%-0.5%.

200L/1000L special barrel, net weight 200kg/1000kg.
Storage
Transport as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods.
Store in a ventilated and dry room at 25°C, in winter condition the oil should be fully
stiied. Storage period doesn’t exceed one year.
